Katia Katsigera
Managing Partner
Katia is the founder of K Search. She has over 20 years of experience starting in management consulting and finance before transitioning into executive search.
Prior to founding K Search, Katia worked for Korn Ferry Paris and KPMG Greece, leading C-level searches for multinational companies across industries. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance positions in the technology, retail and venture capital sector.
Katia received a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Princeton University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Finance from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
Katia works with her clients in a personalized and transparent manner, establishing a long-lasting and trusted relationship. She is rigorous, persistent, intellectually curious, with an eye for detail.
She is trilingual and has lived and worked in New York, Paris and Athens. She currently lives in Athens with her husband and two sons.
Evelina Ampatzoglou
Senior Associate
Evelina joined K Search in 2023. She leads search assignments and talent mappings with determination and speed.
Prior to K Search, she worked in a consulting firm providing financial advisory services to clients from diverse sectors. She has also worked in contract management for a shipping company.
Evelina received a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science from the University of Piraeus.
She is undoubtedly a people person and is passionate about building trusted client and candidate relationships. She is dynamic, reliable, consistent and resourceful.
Κonstantinos Sykiotis
Associate
Κonstantinos earned a Math degree but was quickly drawn by the people-centric HR profession.
He joined K Search in 2025, bringing along his positive energy and rigorous approach. Prior to K Search, he worked as a Human Resources Generalist for a telecom firm, leading and managing recruitment.
Konstantinos has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Patras and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the American College of Greece.
